Hype Dance Fit is a pre-choreographed license-free street dance fitness program designed to bring REAL street dance moves and flavour to your group ex classes. This fun and lively class will get your participants grinning whilst they learn new moves and routines, increasing coordination, mind to muscle connection and cardiovascular fitness levels. This class is suitable for delivery by instructors who have a dance or dance fitness background – Hype Dance Fit is a REAL dance fitness program and is ‘easy-to-follow’ for those with higher levels of coordination. This workout is set to a variety of music and dance styles including house, hip-hop, old skool social moves, waving, footwork, commercial and commercial street

What is included?

  • One hour of layered choreography with cues appropriate to deliver in a typical class that should last you somewhere between 6-12 weeks
  • A link to the playlist on FitMixPro where music can be purchased and downloaded
  • A manual to help you get the best from your Hype Dance Fit class
  • The logo in a variety of forms for you to use to market your class
  • Choreography notes to assist with learning/to use as a ‘cheat sheet’ in class

What is the target audience for Hype Dance Fit?

  • Dance teachers who would like to add a dance fitness class to their timetable but find the current market offerings a little too simple for their participants
  • ETM instructors with a dance background who’s participants are ready to move on from the standard aerobic style choreography on the market
  • Instructors who would like an pre-choreographed workout which does not require a sign-up to a license

Pre-Requisites

  • L2 ETM or
  • Dance Teaching Qualification
  • L2 equivalent with additional group exercise certificate (dance background essential)

Option to add 2 of your own choreographies in keeping with the class
