What we REALLY wanted was to produce classes tailored to our participants’ needs and goals WITHOUT having to adhere to someone else’s T&Cs! Producing our own classes can be time consuming and we can often be left with huge gaps in our education especially where lifting weights and delivering resistance classes are concerned. This is where the AMF Fitness Library comes in.
If you want to create your own classes be it freestyle aerobics or resistance then this is the place for you. With an in-depth catalogue of aerobics moves, variations, combinations and choreography ideas PLUS a huge library of resistance exercises (both bodyweight and weighted) you will be able to create classes that give YOUR participants the classes they are asking for. Whether you are looking to increase your choreography repertoire, your class planning or just keep progressing your knowledge there will be no stone left unturned in our Fitness Library. We will also be launching a private instructor forum so you can network with other AMF members WITHOUT needing to be on social media.
In the future we will be adding options to book one-on-one Skype calls with industry leaders new instructors (and people new to teaching a different format) can get feedback on their plans, form or technique from the comfort of their own home. We will also be creating instructor nutrition and training guides for YOU to give your body a fighting chance in a career where it takes a bit of a battering!
