We all know it is generally easier to sell a fun cardio class than it is to sell a resistance session BUT with patience and dedication, your resistance classes will be the only retention tool you need in your business. Your clients will come back again and again to learn more, to feel stronger and to thank you for helping them perform better both within exercise and in their own lives


Resistance classes are most likely to be slightly less busy than their cardio relatives. Why? Because cardio has been pushed hard since the 80s… lifting weights has only become ‘mainstream’ over the last decade or so. The majority of group ex clients are women. Some women are of an era where it is believed it might actually to be possible to turn into a bodybuilder from bicep curling 1kg. Education is key. And that is where you come in.
