Before we lift any weights, it would be pertinent to get this section nailed. Many of our clients will be best to start with the exercises in this section before moving on to weighted lifts. Indeed, many of these exercises will still serve us for warm-ups & activation drills even as our clients progress.

This section will take you through everything you need to know about introducing your clients to the basics. These drills and exercises will form the basis of our clients training at beginning levels and will form fundamental parts of their warm-ups & preparation drills when they move into lifting weights.
