OVERVIEW:
Rave Tone® is a choreographed, bodyweight resistance class which is easy to follow and teach! The class is already layered to cater for most general fitness levels and is simple to both regress and progress depending on your clients. We teach it in a darkened room with disco lights to add atmosphere but this is NOT essential and works just as well in the daylight! Perfect for those strength class ideas!

2. Complete the online course to supercharge your knowledge of resistance training, get a free edition of Rave Tone® and then purchase your choreography and music as you go!

Rave Tone® is set to the best in house & trance anthems taking your clients on a journey through a squat & lunge section, a performance track, an upper body section, a yoga-inspired mobility & balance section and into floor work including glutes & core!

CLASS STRUCTURE
Rave Tone® is a total body workout. The journey starts with standing bodyweight resistance training, moving into cardio, a yoga inspired balance & mobility section before taking it to the floor for all of the core work your clients can handle. This really is the total body solution and no equipment required.
MUSIC
The Rave Tone® playlist is provided by our partners at FitMixPro. This allows you to cut and chop the playlist to the right length for your timetable using their incredible automatic mixing software. This means you get the choreography from us and the music from FitMixPro. Simples.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To teach Rave Tone® all you need to do is submit your L2 qualifications below and wait to be approved. It won't take long we promise. Then you'll be able to sign up to our online course and once that's completed you'll receive your first edition of Rave Tone® choreography to get started. Music will need to be purchased from fitmixpro.
WHERE CAN I TEACH RAVE TONE®?
Rave Tone® can be taught in-person at gyms or in community halls and can be streamed online where the correct music licenses exist. We do not permit Rave Tone® to be pre-recorded and sold On Demand.
