OVERVIEW:
Hype Dance Fit® is a choreographed, street dance fitness class designed to entertain and progress your clients whilst giving them an incredible cardio workout. This workout is designed for clients who wish to learn a new skill including real old skool hip-hop, house and commercial dance moves.
You have 2 options:
1. Buy the choreography and teach
2. Complete the online course to supercharge your knowledge of street dance, get a free edition of Hype Dance Fit® and then purchase your choreography and music as you go!

Group exercise instructors and personal trainers who want to deliver a dance fitness workout that challenges their clients and keeps them interested without the hassle of creating their own choreography.

CLASS STRUCTURE
Hype Dance Fit® is all dance from beginning to end. The class is deisgned to build real dance skills with maximum interaction... and maximum performance. Combining house moves, old skool hip-hop social moves, rnb, waacking and commercial, this class build retention, commitment and passion. All the things that make group ex great!
MUSIC
The Hype Dance Fit® playlist is yours to choose. We supply 16 tracks per edition and these can be sourced as they are or you can add in 2-3 of your own tracks via your own music software.
You can mix editions with freedom and create your ultimate playlist! The idea is the class should feel like one big music video from beginning to end.
HOW DOES IT WORK?
To teach Hype Dance Fit® all you need to do is submit your L2 or dance teaching qualifications below and wait to be approved. It won't take long we promise. Then you'll be able to sign up to our online course and once that's completed you'll receive your first edition of Hype dance Fit® choreography to get started.
WHERE CAN I TEACH HYPE DANCE FIT®?
Hype Dance Fit® can be taught in-person at gyms or in community halls and can be streamed online where the correct music licenses exist. We do not permit Hype Dance Fit® to be pre-recorded and sold On Demand.
